Launch Pad

In December 2021 we launched our new strategy which includes a new mission to provide over 3000 learning opportunities for young people each year.

In April 22 Bytes were appointed by the Department of the Economy NI, to deliver a European Social Fund project- Launch Pad.

Between April 22 and March 23 Launch Pad will provide a programme focusing on improving young people’s skills in areas such as ICT, interview skills, application writing and youth work. We will engage 140 young people (16-24) from communities across NI, who are not in education, employment, or training, supporting them on a 12-week journey that creates opportunities for them to transform their personal circumstances. Contributing to the young person’s personal and career development, enabling them to progress to training, education, or employment.

The programme will look at basic digital skills and online safety, leadership skills for employment and creative digital skills such as DJing, Sound Production, Graphic Design and VR.
