Young people today face a multiplicity of pressures in their daily lives. These can range from problems in relationships, finding work or training, difficulties in communicating with their family, pressure from peers to take drugs, feeling down or depressed, coping with health difficulties, feeling stressed, in debt etc. Often young people feel isolated when trying to solve and deal with these problems and pressures.
