Intergenerational Project

The intergenerational work being carried out between Belfast Foyer and Malton Fold continues.
The elderly residents of Malton Fold treated the young people from Belfast Foyer to lunch in the Orchard Cafe on the 6th May and the young people also gave them a tour of Belfast Foyer including the bedsits and the Bytes room! We are waiting to hear about funding from the Big Lottery Fund NI Live and Learn Project in Taugmonagh to make a DVD over the summer. Also Jenna Clarke from Belfast Foyer Bytes and Tommy Wright from Malton Fold will be taking part in interviews for the media and a live debate with Steven Nolan as representatives for The Big Lottery Fund.
